Services. Mystar Progress Enterprise provides Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Plumbing Repair and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://mystarprogressenterprise.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mystar Progress Enterprise or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination. Mystar Progress Enterprise may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Warranty Disclaimer. Mystar Progress Enterprise makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Mystar Progress Enterprise's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Mystar Progress Enterprise harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NC.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
